- Finally have our own home and it's at far down the Southern coast of Africa. GANSBAAI Old news... Back in Stanford after 3 or so years in Swellendam and then 2 or 3 years in Barrydale. So this is history now... I live in a beautiful home on the edge of the Langeberg Mountains, overlooking the town of Swellendam, with my husband and numerous pets. We live in the bird watching mecca of the Overberg region, home to SA's national bird, the endangered Blue Crane. I am known as "Lady Stanford" and "The Bird Lady". It is my wish to obtain a study grant and study the correllation between birds and religious man and myths. I run our Internet Marketing company with Bruce doing mostly www.stanfordbirding.co.za and www.mobi4u.co.za. I love the outdoors and need loads of space, gravel roads and trees to walk my dogs. I have been doing Reiki and Bach Flower Therapy since about June '97 for both animals and people.

I'd be very interested to see what would happen next... should the greenhouse gases warm up the earth a little more and soften the glaciers and melt the ice caps... I know what, I have a Whale of an Idea, come shark-cage diving with me after the school holidays and I'll book you in for a tranquil stay at www.oakgrovefarm.co.za incorporating a relaxing full body Reiki massage in the Oak Grove, followed by dinner at Paprika's, where I might worm my way closer to your heart before turning into the butterfly that I am... with thanks to QKumba Zoo! 4 surely we are animals too?
